Jacki and Brian were married last week at Grand Pacific chapel. As soon as Nelli and I saw Jacki's dress hanging up and her hair style, we knew this was going to be great. She had the perfect vintage look going. It's always fun to see a former Finest Moments bride in the wedding party as well. Here is one of my favorite shots of the day.
Here are the dress and shoes, a perfect selection don't you think?
And let me introduce you to the guys...
Let's not forget the little guys. Here is Brian and the ringbearer. One thing you could notice right away about Brian is that he liked kids and kids like him, which is great since Jacki and Brian will be having their first child this year.
They love Jacki too...
Once the ceremony was over, we took a short walk to the park nearby. It was a beautiful day. The bridal party was eager and ready to help make photo time one of the funnest times of the day. Here's a display of their aptitude for a good group shot.
Just being with Jacki and Brian for a short while, you could tell how mesmerized they were by each other. Together, in each other's presence, you knew they were at their very best. They also seemed so comfortable during the times we captured these moments. That's something that's important for me with all the couples I work with, but with Jacki and Brian, it just came quite easily. But once the tranquil moments of romance were over, they had a celebration to get to.
And the big folks weren't the only ones having some fun...
I was pretty blown away at this point. I've heard lot's of different people sing at weddings, but I've never heard a bride sing like this. She was really good. She sang for Brian and his mother during the mother/son dance.
Time to break out some moves.
Jacki may have had the best voice, but she certainly wasn't the only one singing on this night.
Congrats Brian and Jacki! Thank you for allowing us to capture the moments of your big day!
